Please be advised of the following guidelines:
1. Jumping or partying inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Such activities may cause damage to the leveling jacks, and the renter will be responsible for any expenses incurred.
2. Climbing on the roof of the RV is strictly forbidden.
3. The awning should be retracted every night to prevent any unexpected damages caused by adverse weather conditions. Failure to do so will result in the renter being held responsible for any awning damages.
4. Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited and the renter will be charged a double cleaning fee.
5. Prior to returning the RV, please ensure that the black water and grey water tanks are emptied. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $150 from the deposit.
